Allergy symptoms occur when immune system overreacts to something that is harmless to most people but triggers a reaction in anyone sensitive to it. This substance is known as an allergen.

Allergies can be seasonal or throughout the year. Common allergens include weed or grass pollen, dust mites, animal contact/fur, mold, insect stings and a variety of food types, such as eggs, shellfish, nuts and grains and some people are allergic to certain kind of drugs. Allergic reaction can be mild to severe and can be life threatening in many cases and are called as anaphylaxis reaction.

Frequent cold, breathing troubles, skin rashes, gastric disturbances like nausea and diarrhoea, itching, watering eyes, headache, swelling of specific parts, irritability, restlessness, etc.
